How to Access Your Laser Club Membership
Step 1:
For paid subscribers, join our private Facebook Group (not our primary FB Group) for updates and notices. I show you sneak peeks and send reminders in our emails, and it’s a foolproof way to stay updated. When asked about your email address, please enter the one related to your account so we can verify you are a paid subscriber.
Step 2:
Create a calendar to remind you when the current month’s collections expire and when a new one becomes available. If you miss the deadline, we can not make the files available. We want you to get your items. New collections launch the first Friday of every month and expire the night before.
Step 3:
Accessing the current month’s collection is pretty straightforward. The best way to do that is to bookmark the member page of our website. We update it each month with all the content you need. You must be logged in to your account to review this page. Nonpaying subscribers will not see it and will redirect to our sign-up page. On this page, there will be multiple sections:
- Log in to your user account. If you don’t remember your password, tap on the Reset Password link at the bottom of the screen. You can also log in via the little person icon in the top right of our website.
- This is the link to bookmark.
- The top area will let you know when items are expiring and when new ones become available.
- Next, you'll see the section with the products and buttons underneath with all the items to access, including a link to purchase for $0, marketing photos zip file, social media video, and a link to the YouTube instructional video.
- FAQ or Frequently Asked Questions will be listed a the bottom of the page.
If you lose the bookmarked page, you can access it this way:
- Log in to your user account. If you don’t remember your password, tap on the Reset Password link at the bottom of the screen. You can also log in via the little person icon in the top right of our website.
- While on your user account dashboard, locate SUBSCRIPTIONS in the left column and tap it.
- Tap on CONTENTS at the bottom of the Subscriptions screen.
- Next, tap on INCLUDED PAGES. Here you will find a linked page, the member page mentioned above.
You can click our website footer and find a link if those don't work. Again, log in to your account first, or it will redirect you to the signup page.
Step 4:
Paid subscribers receive a 40% off all listings in our shop automatically. There is no need to use a coupon code.
Important Notes
You cannot purchase two Laser Club memberships. If you find that the listing for the Laser Club is showing at 40% off once you log in, you cannot repurchase it. The settings to include your account with the 40% discount will not allow us to exclude that listing. And, since customers can’t purchase duplicates, no one will ever receive it at a 40% discount. It’s just a setting flaw.
Customer accounts are billed automatically on the first of every month. These happen the same time you signed up, so it spreads them throughout the day and doesn't overload the server. This system allows everyone to be on the same billing cycle, even if you enroll on the last day of the previous month. Accounts are not prorated as you receive immediate access to that month’s collection.
If your card is declined during monthly billing, you have two days to update your payment information or contact us to assist you before your subscription is canceled. Your account is placed in suspended mode, and you won’t be able to download anything. Update your payment method by tapping on Payment Methods on your account dashboard. Then, locate the Order by tapping Orders on your account dashboard and complete the order. You are automatically canceled if your payment fails and hasn't been updated by launch day.
To pause or cancel a membership, please review Step 3 above. Once on the Subscription tab, tap on your Subscription order number. Your information regarding your subscription will be listed, and the options to pause or cancel. You may pause your membership twice for 30 days. You have to do this manually every 30 days. Once you cancel, you will need to pay the current subscription price if you choose to renew. Once you cancel, we immediately remove you from our Membership Facebook Group, so we don’t forget, but your account remains active until the end of the month so you may access the collections.
